Witham Conservatives are desperately saddened to learn of the sudden and tragic death of our Tollesbury Councillor, Russell Porter. Russell was sucessfully elected in 2011 to serve on Maldon District Council and in that short time had made a tremendous contribution both in his ward and at the Council.
Although we did not know Russell long, we have fond memories of a charming and thoroughly pleasant man and our deepest sympathies go to his wife Stanny and his sons Michael and David.
