We are sorry to learn that Witham Town Councillor, Paul Ryland, has sadly passed away this morning.
Paul had been a Town Councillor for a number of years and cared deeply about Witham and the local community. His service and dedication to Witham will be sadly missed.
Our thoughts are with his wife, son and the whole family at this sad time.
