WHAT JOHN AND NICK ARE DOING FOR GREAT TOTHAM

SUPPORTING LOCAL SERVICES

John and Nick support local services across Great Totham, Little Totham and Great Braxted. John and Nick have campaigned to secure more police officers in our District, including rural policing and town teams.

GETTING ROADS REPAIRED AND SUPPORTING ROAD SAFETY

John and Nick have taken action to get roads and footpaths repaired across the ward and are campaigning for improvements to be made to local roads and better management of traffic when the A12 Widening Scheme takes place.

STANDING UP TO GREEDY DEVELOPERS

John and Nick will support local residents concerned about over- development in our villages, making sure local objections and representations are heard when decisions are being made. They’ll also hold to account the developers building at Heybridge and mitigate the impacts.

John Keyes and Nick Snelling are experienced local campaigners with a strong record of backing your priorities. They have worked closely with parish councils throughout the ward, support local community groups, and stand up for Great Totham, Little Totham, and Great Braxted at Maldon District Council.

John and Nick enjoy meeting with residents and helping them address their problems and concerns. Being active in the local community, John and Nick have raised the concerns local residents have with over- development, including the plans for large-scale new development by Bull Grove, which the planning inspector recently refused.

Local elections matter, and whatever your views about national politics, Nick and John will work to ensure that the ward of Great Totham, Little Totham and Great Braxted has the strong representation it needs and deserves at Maldon District Council.
