Our Priorities are YOUR Priorities
As experienced District Councillors and proud residents of Hatfield Peverel and Terling, we are passionate about making our area an even better place to live and work. The rural way of life in Hatfield Peverel and Terling is very special, and something we will continue to fight to protect. While supporting the right affordable homes in the right places, we will always defend against inappropriate development, and use the new protections provided by the District Council’s Local Plan to secure better community infrastructure commitments.
Our Conservative-controlled District Council already provides high quality services while delivering value for money, and a vote for us will see this continue. Residents will still be able to rely on regular bin collections and we will support the Council’s ambition to achieve a 75% recycling figure by 2030. If we’re fortunate enough to be elected in May, we will continue to work with Essex County Council to resolve traffic problems across the ward, including by campaigning for a solution to the problematic impact of traffic on Maldon Road, Hatfield Peverel.
We hope that you will consider lending us your vote on 4 May, so that we can harness both our past experience and ambition for the future to deliver for local residents.
